About the Role

We're seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiter with 5+ years in high-volume staffing, specializing in the MSP recruitment model. You'll source, screen, and place top IT talent for US clients, ensuring seamless support for vendor management and long-term engagements from our Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage IT professionals (developers, engineers, architects) via LinkedIn, portals, and networks, focusing on MSP staffing needs.
• Conduct technical interviews, assess skills, and manage end-to-end recruitment for contract staffing pipelines.
• Collaborate with the vendors on requirements, rates, submissions, and compliance in MSP models.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill, submission ratios, and interview success.
• Build talent pools for niche IT skills to support rapid MSP deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as IT Technical Recruiter, with proven expertise in MSP recruitment (vendor management, benching, compliance).
• Strong background supporting US/IT staffing verticals like healthcare IT, BFSI, manufacturing, and telecom.
• Excellent English communication for USA customer interactions; familiarity with US shift dynamics.
• Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean sourcing.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for efficient candidate sourcing, screening, and matching in recruitment processes, coupled with expertise in crafting smart, precise prompts to optimize AI-driven insights and decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, managing Vendors and negotiating rates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-volume recruitments, emergency replacements, and market rate benchmarking.
• Knowledge of IT verticals and additional recruitment tools
• Proactive mindset for handling no-shows, maternity protocols, and quick ramp-ups.
