Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 35 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment . The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a good understanding of US hiring models, and the ability to work closely with account managers and clients to fulfill technical requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Work closely with US clients, account managers, and sales teams to understand job requirements.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking .
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and ATS records.
• Negotiate pay rates and close positions within defined TAT.
• Ensure compliance with US recruitment policies and procedures .
• Build long-term relationships with consultants and candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in US IT staffing / recruitment .
• Strong knowledge of US hiring models : W2, C2C, 1099.
• Experience recruiting for IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Cybersecurity, etc.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
• Willingness to work US shifts .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with direct clients or Tier-1 vendors .
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools .
• Strong understanding of visa types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD).
