Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and experience working with US clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
  • Manage candidate pipeline and maintain ATS data
  • Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
  • Meet daily/weekly hiring targets


Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
  • Knowledge of US work authorizations and tax terms
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in US time zones


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for multiple IT technologies
  • Working on federal requirements and knowledge on security clearances
