US IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Hyderabad, India, or working remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals for contract (W2/C2C) and full-time positions across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions contract (W2/C2C) and full-time roles
• Source candidates through job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Review and screen resumes to match job requirements and evaluate technical skills
• Negotiate salary/rates, terms, and employment type (W2, C2C, or full-time)
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up on feedback
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients
• Work closely with the US Sales/Account Management team to understand job requirements
• Maintain an active database of qualified candidates and ensure timely submissions

Required Skills

• 26 years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Hands-on experience working with W2, C2C, and full-time hiring models
• Strong understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.)
• Good knowledge of IT skill sets such as Java, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, QA, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST)
• Proficiency with ATS tools, MS Office, and job portals

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, or implementation partners
• Familiarity with VMS tools
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

Education

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Computer Science, or a related field
