Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with vendors and clients
• Negotiate pay rates and ensure timely submissions
• Maintain ATS and candidate database

Requirements:

• 25 years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in US shift
