Job Title: US IT Recruiter FTE Account

Location: Sector 63, Noida (Onsite)

Experience: 1-5 Years

Shift: (US Shift 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to support Full-Time (FTE) hiring . The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT roles, ensuring quality submissions and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for Full-time positions
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Teams to understand hiring needs
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain strong candidate relationships to avoid dropouts
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets
• Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in US IT Full-time hiring
• Hands-on knowledge of US work authorization types
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience working with large SI accounts
• Knowledge of IT technologies like Java, SAP, Cloud, Data, QA, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
