• Source and recruit top IT talent for US-based clients across W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models.
• Leverage job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal ATS to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen and evaluate resumes to match candidates with specific client requirements and technical skill sets.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess communication skills, technical background, and availability.
• Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and contract terms effectively with candidates and vendors.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers seamlessly.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT professionals across niche technologies.
