About the Role:

We are looking to hire experienced US IT Recruiters to join our growing US Recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions to source relevant candidates.
• Identify and connect with professionals in the US job market using platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and social media.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates through a structured recruitment process.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with clients to fulfill their staffing requirements.
• Negotiate salaries and manage the offer process.
• Support Account Managers/Team Leads with urgent technical requirements.
• Maintain and update the internal recruitment system on a routine basis.
