US IT Recruiter

This role is for an IT Recruiter with Elfonze Technology and will be a part of US Staffing Vertical. At Elfonze, were entering a high-growth phase across our U.S. markets and were looking for a seasoned IT Recruiter to deliver from our Bangalore-based delivery center.

Responsibilities:

• The Recruiter will be responsible for understanding job description and required skillset
• The Recruiter will be responsible for posting open jobs on job boards as well as source candidates from various job boards including Dice & LinkedIn.
• The Recruiter will ensure utmost professionalism while talking to candidates and collecting the specific details required as per client.
• The Recruiter willl log journals for each candidate communication and ensure information transparency.
• The Recruiter will source, screen and submit candidates against client requirements as well as facilitate and schedule screenings and interviews as and when required.
• The Recruiter will train fellow team members on process
• Recruiter must have strong experience in managing Inbox, email ettiquate, resume formatting and other day-to-day tasks such as updating candidate journals, running various campaigns such as referral campaigns, marketing campaigns.

Must have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in US Staffing with strong focus on sourcing, screening, understanding / clarifying job descriptions, searching & attracting the right candidate, sending invites, calendar management, participating in client calls for gaining better understanding about specific project or job description.
• Must have strong experience working on W2 requirements as well as must be hands-on working with Direct customers as well as MSP Partners.
• Must have experience using Job portals effectively for job posting, employer branding and candidate sourcing tools like Monster, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn (Free).
• Must have experience using MS Office Suit and specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Must be a Go-Getter with high energy and self-motivation.
• Must have an understanding of Oracle/SAP ERP system and various modules

7:30 PM to 4:30 PM IST
