We are looking for a passionate and talented IT Recruiter to join our growing team and they will play a leading role in the Recruitment and HR efforts.

This is a full-time role with Hybrid option.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle US IT recruitmentfrom sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
• Source talent across LinkedIn, Dice and other platforms.
• Manage candidates efficiently using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Expertise in technical roles, IT skills, and industry trends.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to ensure ongoing success.
• Meet hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining excellent candidate experience.

Experience/Requirements

• 5+ years of US IT recruitment experience with a strong track record of success.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and managing client requirements.
• Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written.
• Strong understanding of technical terminologies and IT roles.
• Bachelors in Engineering or Business degree.
• Ability to work hybrid in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
