Job Description
Bookkeeping and maintaining General Ledger for US clients
Perform Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Record journal entries and month-end closing activities
Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Assist in US tax preparation and audit support
Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks / Xero / NetSuite
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
