Role Overview

As a UK/EU IT Recruiter, you will lead the complete international tech recruitment process from sourcing top talent to interview coordination, offer management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist IT candidates for UK/EU markets
• Manage the full recruitment cycle independently
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand tech hiring needs
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Deliver a smooth, professional candidate experience

Youre a Great Fit If You Have:

• 1+ year of UK/EU recruitment experience (strict requirement)
• Strong understanding of UK IT roles, tech stacks & skill sets
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
