Job Overview

Were looking for a UI/UX Specialist who combines strong design fundamentals with curiosity, adaptability, and a deep interest in leveraging AI-driven workflows to build better digital experiences.As a UI/UX Specialist, you will work closely with our design, development, and marketing teams to craft intuitive, conversion-focused digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and execute projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and user requirements into clear design solutions across web and mobile platforms
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct UX research, usability analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation
• Maintain consistency with design systems, UI patterns, and brand guidelines
• Optimize designs based on performance metrics, user behavior, and feedback loops
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Strong understanding of end-to-end design workflows from discovery to delivery
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, iterate quickly, and meet tight timelines
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take ownership
• Comfortable working in agile or startup-style environments where speed and adaptability matter
• Experience or strong interest in integrating AI tools into the design process
• Using AI for research synthesis, content structuring, rapid prototyping, and productivity enhancement
• Openness to experimenting with new technologies that improve design outcomes
