Strong user-centered design skills with the ability to advocate for user needs and push back constructively.
Independent ideation and problem-solving, able to explore multiple solutions with minimal guidance.
High-quality design execution, with strong attention to detail, consistency, and edge cases.
Clear ownership and accountability, managing tasks end-to-end without close supervision.
Proactive communication, regularly sharing progress, risks, and clarifying questions.
Reliable availability and responsiveness during working hours.
Contract readiness, able to deliver quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.
