The UI/UX Developer is responsible for designing and developing engaging, user-friendly, and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications. The role requires a strong combination of creative design thinking and front-end development skills , ensuring an optimal user experience aligned with business goals and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile platforms.
• Translate user requirements and wireframes into high-quality, interactive front-end experiences.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js).
• Collaborate with product managers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration between design and functionality.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine interface interactions.
• Create prototypes, mockups, and style guides using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Implement UX best practices to enhance user journeys, accessibility, and conversion outcomes.
• Ensure all designs comply with cross-browser and cross-device compatibility standards.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap/Tailwind) .
• Expertise in UI/UX design tools Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Experience with ReactJS or Angular preferred.
• Understanding of UX principles , information architecture, and design systems .
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility and performance optimization techniques .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate abstract ideas into functional designs.

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Prior exposure to SaaS platforms, product design, or enterprise web applications is an advantage.
