UI/UX Designer (Mid-Level)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical UI/UX Designer with 23 years of professional experience to join our team at MELTX Software Solutions. Unlike consumer-facing apps, your focus will be on designing complex enterprise applications and process-driven systems where efficiency, data density, and logical workflows are paramount. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring our professional tools are as powerful as they are usable.

• Enterprise Design Strategy: Lead the design of complex, process-driven workflows for web and mobile enterprise platforms.
• User Research & Logic: Conduct deep-dive user research and stakeholder interviews to understand intricate business processes and translate them into functional user personas and journey maps.
• Advanced Prototyping: Build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that simulate complex data interactions and conditional logic using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• System Management: Develop and maintain scalable design systems and comprehensive style guides to ensure consistency across large-scale enterprise suites.
• Data Visualization: Design intuitive dashboards and interfaces for high-density data and complex reporting.
• Technical Collaboration: Work directly with developers and product managers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and the high-fidelity implementation of UI components.
• Iterative Testing: Facilitate usability testing sessions for expert users, analyzing feedback to iterate on complex navigational structures.
  

• Experience: 23 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio specifically showcasing enterprise, B2B, or SaaS applications.
• Process Thinking: Exceptional ability to map out complex business processes and simplify them into streamlined digital experiences.
• Tooling Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (including variables, auto-layout, and components), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Communication: Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to "sell" design decisions to stakeholders based on data and logic.
• Detail-Oriented: A rigorous eye for detail, ensuring alignment, spacing, and state-consistency across hundreds of screens.
• Education: A degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
