| · Experience of working with International renowned leaders in one of the following o Airport operators: Through understanding of airport operations across functions o Rail operators: Through understanding of Rail industry operations and solutions o Airline: Should have worked with one of the leading Airline industry for their IT enablement for Customer experience or efficient operations o Postal services: Experience and expertise into Postal services of international leaders like FedEx. Should have worked in capacity of IT solutions for operations and customer experience · Deep understanding in one of the above industry segments · Should have implemented solution to increase end customer needs or efficient operations in one of the above | |
| · Good Communication skills · Should have led solutions in above areas in the role of business owner/ product owner · Understanding of IT processes and fundamental building blocks | |
