Trust and Estates - Analyst

We are looking for a talented Analyst to join our Trusts & Estates team in Mumbai. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional services to our clients.

As an Analyst within the Trusts & Estates team, you will assist in fiduciary administration tasks and support the US team. You will execute instructions for account maintenance and prepare financial documents. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute instructions for opening and maintaining bank accounts.
• Prepare subscription and redemption requests for investments.
• Update and maintain financial transaction databases.
• Dispatch introductory packages to trust parties.
• Draft letters for credit requests and terminations.
• Report stakeholder status updates for activities.
• Coordinate with US team for fiduciary tasks.
• Analyze data for financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Facilitate communication with trust parties.
• Support team in achieving operational goals.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
• Communicate effectively in written and oral forms.
