JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Main Focus Candidates who have experience of Borrowings like Fund Raising Activity of Commercial Paper, NCD, Working Capital Loan, Term Loan, Project Financing. Review of Bank Agreements.

The objective of this position is to provide support and assistance to the DGM Treasury regarding management of funds in terms of raising funds through Commercial paper & other short term debt instruments, prudent investment of surplus funds and maximizing returns. Handling of Trade Finance activities (LC/BG), manage Credit Rating Agencies, maintain relationships with Banks, providing Stock Statement, prepare various Audit data and streamline processes and ensure compliances pertaining to treasury operations, debt obligations etc.

1. Bank Credit Lines

Review of Bank Credit Lines.

Introducing New Banks in Portfolio

Review of Bank Documents.

Setting up Limits and execution of documents

Ensure Timely renewal of limits

Prepare Audit Data

2. Borrowings & Project Finance

Explore various borrowings instruments like NCD/Issue of Commercial paper etc.

Manage NCD issue, preparation of GID/KID, various statutory compliances and co-ordination with Lead Counsel, Trustee etc.

Prepare Debt Equity Report and monitor on regular basis.

Support team in Placement of Commercial Papers (CP) and broadening the investors base for the commercial paper program of the Company.

3. CMA and Stock Statement

Preparation of CMA for various Banks.

Resolve Bank Queries

Ensure timely submission.

Arrange data from various internal stakeholders for Stock Statement.

Ensure Timely Stock Audit

4. Compliances, Audit and Automation

Review and suggest improvements in internal control systems relevant to treasury operations and debt obligation etc

Ensuring bank compliances related to Due Diligence certificate, LEI renewal etc

Prepare Stock Statement, Stock Audit and CARO related compliances.

Management Reporting on daily basis with analysis on interest rates, MCLR,NCDs, FD rates.

Review and suggest improvements in existing standard operating procedures related to treasury functions

Ensure SEBI compliances for related to NCD issue and other Debt instruments.

Providing MIS related to treasury function including information required for monthly/ quarterly/ annual closure/ annual report purpose. Interacting with Internal / Statutory Auditors.
