Treasury Global Capability Centre Leader

Job Description:

• Leading the Global Delivery (Capability) Centre (GDC) team in a broad end to end Treasury role covering Banking operations, Banking Infrastructure, Cash Operations, Capital and Funding and Credit with exposure to senior management and ability to drive change with meaningful impact.
• Collaborate closely with other regional Treasury Leads to ensure alignment and delivery of global Treasury operations including identifying areas where GDC capability could expand service offerings.
• Driving operational excellence and quality service with a process improvement mindset, leveraging Treasury best practices, as well as utilizing market leading metrics and data analytics in respect to teams’ day to day responsibilities
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, reporting requirements and internal policies
• Managing and maintaining company’s banking infrastructure and relationships, including monitoring service and pricing structures
• Assisting with preparation and presenting treasury-related reports to senior management
• Leveraging technology and partnering with Transformation team to enhance Treasury operations and decision-making process
