Job Description
Hiring: Travel Consultant International Process
- Location: Gurgaon
- Shifts: 24/7 Rotational
- Working: 5 Days a Week
We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant with expertise in international travel processes and strong blended communication skills (voice + email support).
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a travel process
- Experience in international voice & email support (blended process)
- Good knowledge of flight bookings, ticketing, itinerary management, and travel policies
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international travel queries via voice and email
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes
- Provide accurate travel information and solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution
