• Working: 5 Days a Week

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant with expertise in international travel processes and strong blended communication skills (voice + email support).

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a travel process
• Experience in international voice & email support (blended process)
• Good knowledge of flight bookings, ticketing, itinerary management, and travel policies
• Strong communication and customer handling skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international travel queries via voice and email
• Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes
• Provide accurate travel information and solutions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution
