Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a skilled Travel Advisor based in Lucknow. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking customized travel arrangements, including coordinating transportation, accommodations, and activities. Responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and advising customers on travel options, budgets, and itineraries. The role also involves maintaining relationships with travel suppliers and staying informed about travel trends and destinations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and familiarity with Travel Agency operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of key travel destinations and industry trends
• Proficient in using travel booking software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Previous experience in the travel industry is strongly preferred
• Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
