Delivery of Client Satisfaction

• Managing the vendor to run the smooth operation and reporting the issue time to time
• Monitoring the daily operations and reporting
• Ensuring OTA and OTD
• Vendor management
• Compliance management , Vehicle checks , Breath analyser check and reports
• Timely delivery of the tasks
• Managing team

Achieving Safety aspects

• To be part of all the safety training and training the team

• Insite of the Analysis
• Ensuring all the safety parameters are monitored and reported
• Ensuring all the operational regulatory parameters are met
• Ensuring all the firms specified operational safety parameters are met
• Ensuring no deviation on firm’s contractual compliance are met, i.e., Trainings, and on boarding process etc.

Maintaining the reports

• Ensuring the data are maintained and archived
• Timely delivery of reports
• Provide timely analysis of trends and reports
• Ensuring the data secrecy

Putting best practices in place

Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you’ll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the KRA are being met.
