This is a full-time, on-site Transaction Lawyer role based in Noida. The Transaction Lawyer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal agreements and contracts. The role includes providing strategic legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and managing due diligence processes. Additionally, the individual will support clients in understanding legal risks and provide tailored legal solutions for complex business transactions.

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Contracts Drafting, Review, and Negotiation
• Expertise in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and regulatory compliance processes
• Analytical and Research skills to identify legal implications and provide solutions
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
• Relevant law degree with admission to practice law; prior experience in commercial or transaction law will be advantageous
• Strong ethics, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
