Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for a Training and Development Officer. The Training and Development Officer will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and managing learning initiatives to ensure professional growth and skills enhancement within the organization. The role involves collaborating with team leaders to create a strong learning culture and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to drive organizational development.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Training Needs Analysis and Training & Development methods
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess training effectiveness and address skill gaps
- Experience in managing and utilizing Learning Management Systems
- Excellent Communication skills for delivering training sessions and collaborating with teams
- Ability to adapt training strategies to diverse learning styles
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the fintech industry and certification in training or coaching are a plus
