Experience- 1 to 4 Years

Max CTC - 2.5 to 4.2 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days

Work Model: Work From Office

Shifts: Should be flexible for rotational shifts

Roles & Responsibilities

• POI / Mapping Experience is preferred
• Provide recommendations for improvement of the mapping process
• Coordinate with team members and other team leads for smooth execution of the project Drive service delivery performance
• Escalation Management
• Risk Management
• Meeting defined goals and for productivity, quality and efficiency
• Deep understanding of project domains, and people management and tools such as workflow management system
• Support Project Manager with timely inputs on project progress and team performance
• Client coordination resolving technical queries from the team for any escalations/resolutions
• Staffing, Training Need Identification & Training Effectiveness
• Project planning and delivery management
• Periodic status review meeting
• Manage and monitor performance
