JOB DESCRIPTION: Trainer Learning& Development (L&D)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engagingtraining sessions acrossmultiple domains, including Sales, Operations, Academics, and Human Resources.
• Develop trainingcontent, modules, assessments, facilitator guides, and learning materialsaligned with business needs.
• Support hiring processes, including campus recruitments, by assisting with screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding different roles.
• Manage trainingschedules, maintain trainingrecords, track assessment scores, and provide feedback responses.
• Evaluate learningeffectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identifyskill gaps and recommend targetedtraining interventions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Fresh Graduates/Post-Graduates eligible.
• NIRF Criteria:Candidates must be from Top 50 NIRF-ranked colleges (mandatory).
• Immediate Joiners:Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
• Strong communication skills (spoken &written) with confidence to train diversegroups.
• Good presentation skills and abilityto facilitate interactive training sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude,and strong coordination ability.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable workingwith MS Officeand digital learning platforms.
