To train fresh associates, we need Testing trainer to perform the below listed tasks (technical):Conduct Training and Assessments for freshers.Mentoring of fresher batches.Coordinating with stakeholders(LnD, BU, External) for training and assessment.Proactively plan and execute the additional responsibilities assigned.Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectivesCreate Training Courseware and Artifacts. Training Delivery for Testing SkillsDevelop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvementEnsure overall program goal & objectives effectivelyWork closely with cross-functional teamsApply change, risk and resource managementAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholdersEnsuring effective quality outcome and the overall integrity of the programProactively monitoring progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actionProject managementTechnologies Experience Manual Testing Concepts, Defect Reproting, JIRA & AgileJava & Selenium with Java, BDD using CucumberPyhton & Selenium with Python, BDD using PyBehaveC# & Selenium with C#, BDD using SpecflowAppium Mobile TestingJava RestAssured & API Testing with POSTMANUFTJMETER, GIT & JENKINSBe Well acquainted with Oracle fundamentals, HTML 5 & JavaScriptRequirementAny Batchelors Degree in IT Domain1 to 2 year experience required as a Developer/ Tester/ QA ConfidentExcellent oral & wriiten English communicationWilling and interested to work as Trainer Locations Hiring for - Pune/ Mumbai/ Bangalore Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
