Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive title searches including current owner, two-owner, full search, and chain of title.
• Conduct lien, judgment, tax, mortgage, deed, and UCC searches across public records.
• Analyze foreclosure, probate, and bankruptcy records related to property ownership.
• Review legal documents to determine accurate vesting and ownership history.
• Identify title defects, liens, encumbrances, and other issues affecting property title.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client and industry standards.
• Prepare clear and detailed title search reports within turnaround timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve title-related discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company quality guidelines.
