This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Thumbnail Designer. The Thumbnail Designer will be responsible for designing visually appealing and engaging thumbnails for digital content. They will collaborate closely with content creators and marketing teams to deliver creative designs that align with brand guidelines. The role involves brainstorming ideas, executing eye-catching designs, and optimizing visuals to enhance audience engagement.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other similar software
• Skills in creative design, visual storytelling, and aesthetic composition
• Understanding of digital content marketing and audience engagement strategies
• Strong attention to detail, visual accuracy, and ability to refine designs
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively with teams
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience or interest in sneaker culture and streetwear is advantageous
