Location: Chennai(Hybrid)
JD:
12+ years of overall QA experience, with at least 5+ years in a Test Manager / QA Leadership role.
Proven experience in managing blended teams (manual and automation).
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management processes.
Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (Java, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Tosca, RestAssured, or similar).
Experience in Web UI, API, and Mobile testing.
Expertise in test environment management, test data management, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to drive decision-making.
