Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience in Core Java and Guidewire PolicyCenter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance with a focus on ensuring the highest standards of software quality. This hybrid role requires excellent communication skills in English and offers a day shift with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for projects involving Core Java and Guidewire PolicyCenter.Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.Provide detailed and accurate test reports to stakeholders.Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.Ensure all testing activities are completed on time and within budget.Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing.Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability.Review and analyze system specifications to identify test requirements.Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide input on testability.Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices and methodologies.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration testing.Monitor and track test coverage to ensure comprehensive testing.Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Core Java and Guidewire PolicyCenter.Have experience in Cancel Rewrite and Underwriting support is nice to have.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication skills in English (Read/Write).Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have a proven track record of leading successful testing projects.Display a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
