Lead Manual Testing projects in General Insurance

Handle core modules like Policy Admin, Claims, Underwriting & Endorsements

Manage SIT, UAT & Regression cycles independently

Drive defect management & stakeholder communication

Mentor a team of testers & ensure QA governance

Collaborate closely with Business, Dev & Product teams

Experience: 712 Years

Must Have: Strong General Insurance project experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong understanding of Insurance lifecycle (Quote Policy Claims)

Experience in core systems like Guidewire / Duck Creek / TCS BaNCS / In-house PAS

Excellent client-facing & stakeholder communication

Hands-on testing approach with leadership mindset
