Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AUTOSAR Testing Engineer with a strong

understanding of software testing and foundational AI concepts. The ideal candidate

will be responsible for validating AUTOSAR-based systems and exploring the integration

of AI-driven tools and methods to enhance testing efficiency, automation, and defect

prediction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of AUTOSAR-based

ECUs and software components.

Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports aligned with

automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc.).

Work with tools such as CANoe, VectorCAST, ECU-Test, CAPL scripting, and

Jenkins, Git and GitHub.

Automate test cases using scripting languages (Python preferred, C and C++)

and AI-assisted testing frameworks.

Leverage AI techniques to optimize test coverage, defect classification, and

predictive analytics in test results.

Collaborate closely with software developers, system engineers, and AI teams to

improve test strategy and coverage.

Analyse test data and provide actionable insights using AI-based data analysis

tools.

Support continuous improvement in test processes through innovation and

automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, or

related field.

3+ years of experience in AUTOSAR testing (Classic or Adaptive).

Strong knowledge of communication protocols (CAN/LIN/Flex Ray/Ethernet).

Hands-on experience with testing tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, ECU-Test, Jenkins,

etc.).

Proficiency in Python or C, C++ for automation.

Experience integrating AI tools or algorithms into testing workflows is an added

advantage.

Familiarity with automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, AUTOSAR

architecture).

Preferred Skills:

Experience using AI-based defect prediction or test optimization frameworks.

Exposure to continuous integration pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins).

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
