Job Description:

1. Voice service solutioning based on IMS (4G / 5G)

2. Analysing and resolving IoT related issues, resolving with end-to-end tracking.

3. Identify the IP Centrex service process automation areas and contribute in the associated activities.

4. Identify the SIP Trunk service process automation areas and contribute in the associated activities.

5. Ensure the security related compliance of all the products/solutions with Infosec team.

6. Aim for zero human touch and work towards full automation

7. Support and Monitor implementation and smooth deployment of Voice services in pan India using various topology

8. LAB testing & QA clearance for any new requirement
