Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning & Design : Analyze requirements, create test plans, conditions, and detailed test cases for Finacle CBS features (Customer Info, Loans, Deposits, GL, Payments).
Test Execution : Perform manual, functional, system, regression, and integration testing, executing test scripts and logging results (pass/fail/defects).
Defect Management : Identify, log, track, and re-test bugs using tools like JIRA or ALM , collaborating with developers for resolution.
Banking Domain Expertise : Validate core banking functionalities, accounting entries, customer data (CIF), and regulatory aspects.
Collaboration : Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to clarify requirements and ensure quality delivery.
Documentation & Reporting : Maintain test artifacts, generate status reports, test completion reports, and contribute to process improvement.
Automation (Optional but preferred) : Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium /Tosca for efficiency.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience testing Finacle Core Banking Systems.
Strong understanding of banking processes (Assets, Liabilities, Payments, GL, CIF).
Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
