Job description

Requirement The ticketing toolBMC Helix is used to receive tickets for access to NGSNumber generation system which is a SharePoint API
There are 2 different links for accessing the NGS UAT NGS PROD
User might raise a ticket to provide access for other users As the ticket is generated by sending an email to iServies the ticket content may vary
In single ticket user can ask for access to NGS Prod removal of access to UATTest NGS link as wellTicket details discussed
You need to add Intelligence to identify the mandatory fields like User Email address Environment type UAT or PROD
Links would be static which can be shared post ENEC account is created for you
Automation Required AI should identify categorize the ticket based on Automation logic and design workflow to handle these tickets
Once the ticket is identified provide user access to NGS links by adding users in predefined user groups in SharePoint based on the requirement
Access to service account to add users to group is a prerequisite
Technology Stack Python PowerShell Canvas AI you can suggest other technology stack which is easier for implementation but Canvas AI should be part of it
Kindly go through SharePoint Site collection document library user groups etc and Canvas AI implementation
