Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and requirements. - Design and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality of software applications. - Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Test Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter. - Experience in developing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts. - Experience in developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Test Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications. - This position is based at our Pune office.
