Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve planning and executing functional test cases, leading a team of testers, and implementing automation testing solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and execution of functional test cases, ensuring that all requirements are met and that the testing process is efficient and effective. - Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all testing activities are completed on time and to a high standard. - Implement automation testing solutions, using tools such as Selenium, Appium, and TestComplete to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the testing process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure that testing activities are aligned with project goals and timelines. - Continuously improve the testing process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in functional test planning. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading a team of testers. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and TestComplete. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. - Strong understanding of software testing principles and best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in functional test planning. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
