Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve leading the testing team, implementing quality processes, and driving automation initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the testing team to ensure high-quality deliverables - Implement quality processes and methodologies to improve control and accuracy - Drive automation initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing - Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices - Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks - Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or UFT - Solid knowledge of SQL and database concepts Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
