Test Analyst

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Liaise with Team Lead and Team members and Liaise with the Solution Team, Platform Leads to understand Functional Design, Platform Architecture, and design the test scenarios.
• Provide the inputs to Test estimations
• Participate in daily testing catch-up meetings with Team, update Testing status Trackers and DevOps tools.
• Adapt the Test Review comments and improvements. 
• Design functional test scenarios, execute them, log, and track defects to closure
• Perform testing for Demand Management CRs, Platform Upgrade and D365FO Market implementations.
• Automate D365FO Functional test cases using RSAT / Selenium
• Build best-in class automation framework to automate the functional test cases
• Provide the demos to Business users and seek for the approval
• Provide the quality Testing deliverables.
• Provide the inputs for Daily & Weekly Test summary report to the project team

Professional Skills/Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree
• Certified in ISTQB & Microsoft MB 300 & MB -310 [Good to have]
• Stringent experience in selenium is must
• Functional process & workflow knowledge on PTP, OTC,RTR and CJL
• Expertise in Testing of D365 FinOps (ERP) implementations
• Expertise in Automation of D365FO using RSAT & Selenium
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of the SDLC (Requirement’s analysis, Test design, Test execution & reporting, Test/Phase closure)
• Should be both a self-starter and effective collaborator
• Show strong interest in systems and process improvement, product knowledge with excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as good written and oral communication skills
