Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets for the territory
  • Develop and execute a focused go-to-market strategy
  • Identify, engage, and close new mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and nurture CXO-level and senior stakeholder relationships
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across technology solutions (AI, Product Engineering, Cloud, UI/UX, SRE).
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance Expectations.
  • Consistent achievement or overachievement of revenue targets
  • Strong pipeline coverage and conversion metrics
  • Successful closure of complex, high-value deals
  • Sustainable account growth and long-term client retention.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of B2B technology sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities
  • Strategic territory planning and account mapping expertise
  • High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
