Must-Have Skills

Strong Knowledge of GeM, E-Procurement Portals & other Tender Platforms

Good experience in applying bids on Services related Tenders

Should have experience on Minaions.com AI Bid Preparation Platform

Ability to put best Commercial Proposals in consultation with the technical team and stakeholders

What Youll Be Doing

Manage and update GeM profile on the need basis

Keep our Company Profile updated on Minaions.com and identify relevant tenders

Regularly perform tender analysis and get the documentation prepared using AI

Review technical (Manually and through Minaions Bot) & commercial bid documents and discuss important facts with management

Coordinate internally for costing, documentation & approvals

Maintain bid tracking, tender records & compliance

Ensure accurate and timely bid submissions
