Role Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Executive to handle customer calls and provide high-quality support. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving client queries, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make inbound & outbound sales calls to potential customers
• Pitch products/services confidently and highlight customer value
• Convert warm leads into successful closures
• Build strong customer relationships and quick rapport
• Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively
• Maintain accurate lead & follow-up records in CRM systems
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
• Deliver a positive, memorable sales experience

Qualification & Skills :

• Graduate or equivalent qualification
• 13 years of experience in telecalling or customer support
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email)
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle calls confidently and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a work-from-office environment
