Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Noida . The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via phone calls, understanding their needs, and promoting relevant products or services. Daily tasks include generating leads, providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls and transactions in the companys database and coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Proven ability in Sales and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications is a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a results-driven attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
