Role: Tele sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon (WFO)

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Experience Required

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support
• Tele Sales experience preferred
• Experience in BFSI / Finance / NBFC / Loan Process will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, payments, or account issues
• Pitch and cross-sell products/services to eligible customers (tele sales focus)
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
• Follow company policies, compliance standards, and call quality guidelines
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups

Skills & Competencies Required

• Good verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
• Comfortable with calling-based roles and customer interaction
• Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and close conversations positively
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Office)
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
