Summary
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Telesales Professionals to join our growing team. This role is central to driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by promoting consumer finance solutions and digital services through effective outreach. The ideal candidate will engage with both walk-in and telecalling customers, leveraging strong communication skills and a consultative approach to deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to promote finance products, insurance, and loan solutions using structured sales techniques
- Clearly communicate product benefits and value propositions in Hindi (basic English proficiency required)
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Proactively follow up with leads to drive conversions and enhance customer engagement
- Handle customer objections with confidence and professionalism
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telesales
- Prior experience in consumer finance, insurance, banking loans, home credit, NBFCs, or related sectors is highly preferred
- Fluent in Hindi with strong verbal communication and pitching skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Available to join immediately (maximum 1-week notice period)
- Location preference: Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, East Delhi
