Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products, conduct surveys, or nurture leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product/service information while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets, maintain accurate records of interactions, and follow up on leads via calls or CRM systems.
• Required Qualifications1-2 years of prior experience as a telecaller or in sales/customer service roles.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English (and preferably Hindi/regional languages like Kannada/Tamil for Bengaluru roles); basic computer literacy for data entry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to handle high call volumes and work flexible shifts, including possible work-from-home options.
• Salary and Benefits 20,000 monthly base is standard for this experience level, often with performance incentives, paid time off, and flexible schedules.
