Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to improve system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues. - Monitor and maintain the integrity and availability of systems and applications. - Implement and maintain infrastructure and application security measures. - Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes. - Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Must have knowledge on Terraform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of infrastructure management and operations. - Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet. - Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
