Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will oversee the delivery of large, complex technology projects, ensuring profitability and success. Collaborating with sponsors, managing scope and risk, and driving service quality and cost are key aspects of your role. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Provide strategic guidance and support to project team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - Strong understanding of financial systems and processes. - Experience in managing large-scale technology projects. - Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Hands-on experience in delivering innovative technology solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A CA, CMA, MBA - Finance PG MBA, MCom education is required.1Education: CA, CMA, MBA - Finance PG MBA, MCom
